User Roles and Responsibilities
Regular Users
As a regular user, you can access our interview preparation tools, apply for jobs, and receive feedback on your performance. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
HR Users
HR users can post job opportunities and review candidate interviews after receiving approval from our administrators. HR users must provide accurate job descriptions and handle candidate information in accordance with applicable laws.
Administrators
Administrators manage the platform, approve HR registrations, and oversee platform operations. They are responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of the platform.
Intellectual Property
The Agani AI platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Agani AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content in connection with our services.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the platform:
- In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
- To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform

Termination
